“The Largest World-Wide Auction of Childhood Dreams on Wheels”

This was the largest pedal car auction of 2005! These cars were from “The First Pedal Car Museum in the World” and so it was named “The Largest World-Wide Auction of Childhood Dreams on Wheels”

The majority of the cars offered were European, although a few American made vehicles were included. The auction took place on April 20, 2005 in beautiful Munich, Germany.

The vehicle bring the highest bid was lot 78: A scratch built Aston Martin Ulster L.M.2. pedal car. A very highly detailed vehicle, c. 1934, with electric lights.

Overall the auction was a huge success and many beautiful pedal cars went to new homes. Here are just a few of the pedal cars that sold. The prices noted are in Euros.
